I have been in the Mortgage Industry for the past 23 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I started as a "Temp Girl" for a small Mortgage Banker in Visalia in 1988 and held the receptionist position. I eventually went on to the positions of: Doc drawer, shipper, loan processor and Loan Officer. At the end of my tenure with this company in 2005, I was Vice President. My true passion in this industry is being a "Loan Officer". I enjoy meeting clients one on one, guiding them one step at a time. Whether you need help writing a credit letter, structuring a saving plan, or time to find the right home, I am here to assist you.

As my assistant, Diana assists me in obtaining up fromt information for your loan pre-qualification, as well as quoting rates, fees and providing good faith estimates. She will also keep you updated on the status of your loan.
Linda Alvarado
Loan Processeor
As loan processor, Linda obtains and verifies documentation on the loan application and presents a completed loan package to our underwriters for fomal loan approval. Linda is fluent in Spanish and has been a vital part of my team for the past 13 years.
Arleni "Leni" Rojas
Processing Assistant
Aside from assinsting Linda in obtaining and verifying information for your home loan, Leni is the one who will greet you when you phone or come into the office. Leni is also fluent in Spanish and has been a part of my team for the past 4 years.
